Bexley and Diabetes UK Patient Survey
Diabetes UK and Bexley have worked closely to create a patient survey that will allow us to learn what you, the patient, thinks about the services you receive in Bexley. We previously run a survey in 2010 again asking for your thoughts on the services provided to you. Following the results of this previous survey we have increased the number of X-Pert courses with more evening and weekend sessions, increased the amount of information given at diagnosis and much more.

This new website, created by local patients and GPs, is packed with information about diabetes.
You may have recently been diagnosed and want information about what diabetes is – or you may have lived with type 1 or type 2 diabetes for some time and want to know more about the services available to you as a local resident.
You can navigate your way around the website from the homepage, which is divided into easy-to-read sections.
